SFSU Catering Terms and Policies

Please read our terms and policies carefully. Once you have read them, click "Accept" and begin your order.

  • All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance, any orders placed within 48-24 hours before the event are subject to a cancellation

  • All orders for Monday must be placed no later than 12pm on Friday

  • All weekend orders must be placed no later than 3pm Thursday

  • Only orders above $75 will qualify for delivery

  • Any order under $175 must be paid with a debit or credit card at the time of placing the order via the online website

  • All invoices will need to be paid and processed within 15 days from the time they are billed (please keep in mind the amount of time it will take to process through accounting departments)

  • Any accounts with outstanding invoices from over 30 days prior will be placed on hold and any scheduled caterings for that account may be cancelled if the outstanding payment is not received 24 hours before the scheduled event
